As a 7th grader at Aspire, Deaven had to do another Science Fair project. This year, he decided to test the impact of volume level of a movie on the viewers heart rate. He selected an intense movie scene from I Am Legend and had 30+ watch it at different volume levels. The results: YES, people who viewed the movie at a higher volume did generally have a higher increase in heart rate as well.
