As much as I love summer, there is something nice about getting back into a routine for school. It gives the kids good balance and now that they are at the same school it's kind of fun! Peyton is in Kindergarten, Monday-Friday half days, and Deaven is a big second grader. While Will and I drove the kids to school this morning we over heard this statement from Deaven, our sweet Deaven:
"You know Peyton, we can hold hands for a little bit, but not really long. A little bit is okay though".
This came completely unprompted from anything Peyton had said. Just a big brother lookin' out for his little sis. Very sweet!!
