Just life.....

Here Will is with our Aqua child. If ANYONE takes a shower, bath or a Jacuzzi in this house, she MUST join. Luckily, Daddy is soft, and almost always takes her along.
Thursday was a fun day for Peyton. We had snack with the principle at her school, then we went to the children's museum with her BF Mallorie (and her Mom!!), which was then followed by an all day play date!
Here we are at Pack Meeting on Wednesday. My Wolf Den did the skit for the night, and it was pretty funny, but we got the video on our video camera, not our regular one. If I get any good pictures from other parents, I'll post one.
Deaven and Forrest. (Deaven's shirt got taken at our last meeting....and I still haven't replaced it. Yes, the Den Mother's son is neglected. All those patches......again).
Just Peyton striking a pose....
On Thursday evening, at Deaven's request, we headed to his school for a sing-a-long. It was cute to see Morgan in D's lap for a long time. They have a cute bond.
Then she'd run back and hang out with us.
......And back to Deaven.
In Deaven's defense, there were several boys there. Just not in this picture. It was a lot of fun.
This scene plays out a zillion times a day in our house. How lucky to have a sister!!
And for the big finale on Thursday.....Peyton and I hit a Mary Kay party. Yes, I know, I broke my rule. I NEVER attend any parties....Mary Kay, Jewelry, Candles, Tupperware, Cooking, Romance......NONE. I would only go to support the hostess, who is usually a friend, so if I can't do it for all, I just don't do it for anyone. BUT, this one was a "Mommy-Daughter" show, so Peyton and I did it together. Justified?
I definitely learned something about myself that night. We often talk to Deaven about when it's appropriate to be silly and make people laugh, and when it's not. Well, he is my son. I had the hardest time being serious. I was just in a super silly mood and maybe felt that would be helpful to east the pressure of everyone buying hundreds of dollars of make up.
Here is our cute hostesses!! We had such a fun time! Thank you! And if you see me in the gym with a pink sweatband, you'll know why!
