A few weeks ago, our family participated in the World Wide Day of Service with our Mormon church. Our particular project was to help clean up a local high school.
The whole family worked together to try to make a small difference in our community. All the kids felt great about helping out and were certainly more aware that things like "keep up the school yard" don't just happen magically. Good reminder!
