Thursday we had a "kid" day, starting with breakfast at McDonald's and then headed up to the Pacific Science Museum in Seattle. We had a ton of fun!

Morgan loved the tot area and especially the water toy.

Deaven's favorite was the live science demonstration with liquid nitrogen. I would have to agree that was pretty cool.

They also had a tropical butterfly house, which was great (mostly because it was 86 degrees inside. Love that!) The butterflies were incredible!

And of course we hit the IMAX show, Under the Sea 3D. Morgan ALMOST made it through it.

The kids also enjoyed the life size chess board. Some of the pieces were bigger than Morgan.

But my favorite.........Morgan asleep in the car on the way home!

But the Hayes girls are struggling right now. It started with me getting a big mark on my nose. I was attacked by a 2yr old with the remote. Ow!!!! Then Morgan fell off a chair (for the first time in here life, believe it or not) and gave herself the nice mark above. As for Peyton, her eye continued to swell on Thursday and overnight. We thought it was pink eye, but the doctor said it's an infected duct. Yea! At least she's not contagious! Poor girl!

So sorry about all those eye accidents... as for your older girl... looks like a stye.... I used to get them all the time as a kid.. NOT FUN...
Looks like a GREAT family day.
Looks like you girls had a rough week. Anything eye related is never fun.
PSC looks like fun, we never made it while living there. Maybe next time we visit...
...The good news, you already had family portraits taken! PSC looks like so much fun! It's been too long.
Oh, that makes me homesick, but in a good way, I guess. :) Looks like a really great NW family day, I figure an outing is a real success if the kids fall asleep in the car on the way home.
