Loving Grandma and Grandpa Hayes!

Montye and Carol (Will's parents) are up from Texas, and we are having such a great visit. The kids adore their grandparents of course, and a little spoiling can go a long ways in this house.
The weather has been great. We took them to Big Tom's for burgers their first night (since we had just rolled in from camping).
Montye and Peyton have really enjoyed each other this visit. It's nice once your kids get old enough to have some-what semi intellegent conversations with relatives.
Deaven and Carol are as tight as ever!
Montye and Carol are staying at a hotel just off the water, WITH A POOL! The kids have been getting their swim fix everyday.
Peyton has really come along ways with her swimming ability. Both the kids are little fishes. We need to get Deaven more involved with swim team.

That first evening was BEAUTIFUL in Olympia. When the weather is great, there is no better place to live.
Montye loves the Marina. It's been a perfect hotel for them.
Tuesday we drove up to Mt. Rainer, which is just about my favorite place to be.
We stopped at a few places on the way up.
Deaven and I giving our best "gangster" shot.
Every time we go to Rainer, we always stop and Rainer Base Camp, just outside the park boundaries. There is a climbing wall, sand toys and a great place to have lunch.
Morgan was such a great girl this day.
When she turns it on, she is the cutest thing in the world.
Mmm.............I love this little thing.

We started at Paradise Lodge and did a small hike up to Myrtle Falls.
I just can never get over how gorgeous it is......and how ridiculously close we live to such beauty.
This is the least amount of snow I have ever seen on the mountain.
Everyone was trooper for the hike.

Will with his two women. Neither of which he could live with out!
And yesterday, we hung a little more around town, stopping at a few local favorites.
......and tried on wigs. Can you tell which child has a wig on?? Good grief!
More swim time!!!
Then we went as a family to watch Deaven and Peyton's gymnastics class. They are both doing great. Deaven WOWED the whole family with his rings routine. Very impressive.
........and there might be a "skoash" of spoiling going on. A few toys here and there and the kids are on cloud nine. Not to mention the sleep overs at the hotel with the Grandparents!
Morgan loving her new Simba.
Morgan and Will have a special little relationship. Morgan adores her Dad, and Will.......adore Morgan when she is being good.
Last night at Mexican, I was just loving the way Morgan was looking and playing with the most important man in her world.

This morning, Carol and I took the kids to the Farmers Market, which happens to be the biggest one in the State of Washington. Looking forward to my fresh blackberries!
Peyton learned a new skill yesterday, and back hip circle, which was a big deal in her world. And the other video doesn't nearly do justice to the beauty of the hike we took, but I tried.

It's always fun to have grandparents around! And who can't use a 'skoash' of spoiling now and then?
