Seems like it's been awhile since Odie has made an appearance on the Family Blog. Odie has been a really great dog for our family.......and is SO CUTE......our only complaint.......he doesn't bark. He chirps. It's the highest pitch, little girl yelp you have ever heard. Not sure if he will ever grow out of that. :)
The past few weeks have been a bit busy for me. I was given an extra project at church to create a display for the Church's 50th Celebration of the building we worship in. It was quite the project to collect all the old images, get them printed and labeled.....and then displayed. It was incredible though to see some of the people that were a part of literally creating our church here in Olympia, and many of them attended the Open House, which was today. Kind of glad that project is over though.
Peyton made a new friend this year named Jasmine. They are pretty silly together and they got to have a sleepover last night. :)
My part time job at the Valley Athletic Club has been going really well. I enjoy the staff and management a lot and there is a lot of potential for me to grow with the company as the kids get older and I have more time. Since I was hired, we started a new league and I began to coach Junior's again. Next month, we will be starting a Women's Program as well and they recently put together this flyer for it. Thought it turned out pretty cool!
