A few years ago, Will sprained his ankle really badly playing Racquetball. Ever since, he has had issues with it and it has re-sprained many time and is generally very weak. After getting some opinions, he opted to have surgery on the ankle to not only clean up the extra junk in there, but to strengthen the ligaments with some suturing. The first day or so after the surgery was pretty rough, as Will does not tolerate the pain meds very well, but he is doing much better now. He will have probably about 6 weeks of no walking or driving though, so it's gonna be a long haul for us. I'm on nurse duty. :) Hoping for a full recovery!
