Summer Vacation Part 1-North Carolina

This summer we had the incredible opportunity to do a BIG family trip back east to visit Dakota and Charlotte's family and go to Disneyworld.  It was a long, but awesome trip, so I'm gonna break this up into segments.  Also, I'm blogging this from months later so I am going to do a more condensed version.....
Now that our kids are older, traveling with them is pretty easy.
Once we got to North Carolina, it was all about the cousin time.  We did lots of fun things together, like rock climbing, walking through parks, riding bikes, playing in the yard, long boarding and playing at their fun pool at the gym they attend.

Deaven and Peyton's favorite thing was going to Fantasy Island, where there are some huge structures build into the water to swing, jump and launch off of.  They LOVED it!
Morgan and I missed that day because she came down with the stomach flu......really badly.  It knocked her out solid for a day and half.
It always nice to spend some time with Dakota and Charlotte.  They are an inspiration to me in how they chose to raise their family.
Will being the awesome uncle reading to all the kids.
Charlotte the awesome aunt, as well.
Deaven had gotten interested in long boarding right before we went out, which was perfect timing because Dak and Char have long boards.  He was able to spend a few days realizing that he really DID love it.  He bought one with his own money very quickly after we got home.
Oh our sweet Bentley.....He was a little sad we were leaving in this picture.  He is a ton of fun to be with.  We could have enjoyed a lot more time with the Dunne's but we were off for other adventures....
