Peyton the Dancer

Peyton participated in her first official dance class. Overall, we were not super impressed with the class or teacher to be honest (we felt the moves were way too intricate for such young kids) BUT if was a good experience for her. Malorie (above) was in the class with her........until she broke her arm (no, not at class).
We were VERY impressed, however, how Peyton handled herself the night of the performance. No nerves, at all. She was completely unfazed by being up in front of everyone and held strong (for what her ability was). In fact, the other girls in her class kept watching her to remember the moves. I am SO EXCITED for her if she is blessed with the ability to get up in front of people with out being nervous. That is such a great gift!!
Peyton with one of her classmates. Mmmmm.......I just can't get enough of that little Peyton twinkle.

The videos below are of Peyton's actual performance and then the other one is the intermission piece where some family could come down and participate, which is why Deaven is there too. (If you are gonna watch, I'd pause the player above). ****I just watched this, and for some reason it's streaming the music funny on the second video. Too bad. :(

What a fantastic dancer! She is so cute. That's great that Deaven was willing to go out and dance. I don't know if Dakota would be willing. :)

Well, even though it's not quite what you were hoping for a dance class, I'm glad Peyton had fun with it!

Well that's the cutest little dancer I've ever seen with all those big kids. You go dance, Girl! Grandpa
