Family Reunion Part 2

Here are the rest of the pictures from our Family Reunion on my side. Most the rest of the days we just hung out so I didn't worry about getting these in any order......to save some time. In my family, I have three brothers and they all had their wives or girlfriends there too, which was so much fun.
The weather wasn't amazing during the days we were there, but it was still awesome to be at the Lake House again. My kids LOVE it.
Dakota, my oldest brother, is the only sibling that has kids at this point. His kids are Bently 5, Keira 4 and Tessa 2.
My whole family is very musical, so there are always instruments not too far away.
Me and little Tessa!
Caught up here in a game of "Angry Birds". I never played but apparently it's all the rage. :)

Betty, Logan's girlfriend, is an amazing artist. The first day, she made these drawings on the campfire ring with a piece of brick and burnt wood.......then let Peyton help.

I just loved this picture of Taylor helping Peyton. He has ALWAYS been very investing in the lives of all my kids.
Thursday evening, we threw a surprise Baby Shower for Charlotte, Dakota's wife, who is expecting in November. We just had some fun playing games.

Dakota and Charlotte, who live in North Carolina.
Taylor and Bobbie, who live in Oregon.
My Dad, whom I love dearly. He is the ultimate family man.
Blurry picture, but we often sit in the bay window at the lake to talk and look out the window.
Saturday night, Bently and Keira came back to our house to have a sleepover. We love cousins!
We got in a little bit of fishing time.
Betty was making a leather purse during the reunion and the girls loved to watch her at work.
More bath pictures......Girl cousin streak continues - Peyton 7, Keira 4, Morgan 3, Tessa 2 and the one on the way is a girl!
Deaven loves his uncle Logan. Logan also takes time for this relationship a lot, which I really appreciate.
Taylor and Bobbie lovin' on Will.
We have a cabin friend named Dana who we always enjoy. Here, we are at his house and he's about to let Deaven shoot off a gun that he MADE.
Dakota and Keira.
Will and Deaven deep in a game of cheese, with Betty and Peyton working on their projects behind.
Deaven carefully planned this shot.
Dana, the gun man, came over one night for dinner. He used to be a chef and he whipped up some amazing creations for our fruit platter. The above Honeydew became a Swan.
Look at the bird he made from an apple above.
We had some nice sunsets........as usual.
Lots of fun dinner times! Peyton took this picture.
Peyton and Keira got especially close this year. They really enjoyed each other.
Taylor and Bobbie on the dock at sunset.
Dana doing a presentation for us with all his old artifacts and stories. Very impressive. He went on to make another arrowhead for us.
Logan and Betty watching closely.
Peyton, Peyton, Peyton. I can't tell you how much we love this girl. She is so FULL of everything. Love, personality, humor and life. She is an amazing girl.
We had campfires every night. Again, lots of music and this year Dad told his story of the White Thing. Logan writes all his own music and has many songs we've grown to love.
Monday we woke to GREAT weather. It was beautiful!!
Peyton loves to work with Grandpa on the different instruments. She learned how to play Happy Birthday this year.
Taylor and Bobbie getting ready for another campfire.
Hurray for cousins. These girls had the bestest time this year. Talk about beauties!! We can't wait for the years to come!
Just two quick videos.......Logan playing around the fire and then Deaven shooting off the gun.

All good times! The biggest laugh is the last video of Deaven firing the gun. Clearly, he wasn't ready for what he got. Thanks for capturing and posting a great sampling of our reunion spirit. Just one disclaimer in Logan's behalf... the video happened to capture one of the few songs he plays that he hasn't written.
