We had a great day with Morgan on Wednesday. She was very into her own birthday (and I think Christmas helped her understand the whole present thing). We had a little family party first thing in the morning before the kids went off to school.
Then she helped me make cupcakes (which by the way, it's harder to hide that you licked the batter with your fingers when you've put red food coloring in the batter to make them pink......note to self). The two of us hit the gym for a quick work out and when we came home, DADDY had left a beautiful pink dress for his baby girl. She was ECSTATIC!!! Love the picture below of the girls. Rarely do they just sit on the couch with out physically touching.
The pink dress has not come back off except for bathes and sleeping. It's been 72 hours now and I'm pulling the plug.
After lunch, we met up with some friends at Chuck E. Cheese for just a little fun.
Okay, so it didn't hurt that it gave me any excuse to hang out with the best girlfriends in the world for awhile. (me, Bonnie's Mom, Bonnie, Dea, and Dennese). Of course, Will was there too!
We had some cupcakes and Morgan's friends brought a few presents, which she LOVED.
The older brothers tried to maintain their "cool" status while attending a very pink, girly party.
Peyton and Mallory enjoying the party (and who are the best big sis's ever).
Getting a good shot of three midgets.......not easy. We tried.
Possibly the highlight, and happened to go perfectly with the dress Daddy got, PINK SLIPPERS!
We came home (with Kelton and Mally in tow) and the power went off almost immediately. We played some games and had some fun with flashlights.
Kelton and Morgan and just something else. They are so cute to watch. They are like a little couple that fights and loves with in one minute intervals.
I have a feeling someday these pictures will be priceless....or black mail. Depends how things go.
Just a quick video for Grandma of some birthday action in the morning.......

What a cute little 3 year.. she is adorable!
Loving the pink tattletale frosting! And with you on the dress that cannot be removed thing. Bethy has a few like that and I sneak them into the washer while she's in school in her uniform. Inevitably I get busted too. 'Moooooooohm! Where's my pink princess dress?' (or whichever one is currently sopping wet).
what a girly girl! and wow she is getting bigger and bigger! i am glad you guys had a fun time.
What a fun birthday. Love the pink dress fro, Will...it's sweet that she loves it so much.
